We made it safely through the storms during the night. The tornados were about 15-20 miles from us. We had lots of lightening and about 1 inch of rain. The weather alert sirens were going off for a long time. Many were not as fortunate as we were. Pray for those who lost so much, especially for those who lost loved ones.
Today is "sunshine after the rain." It is a beautiful day.
Here is another porcelain egg that I painted last year. I will show the top and side views.

Beautiful! I can't wait to see what you're painting for this year.
Hey Mrs. Dixie -
I heard about all the tornadoes - scary stuff.
I love the porcelain eggs. They are gorgeous. You are such a talented lady.
Glad you are all safe.
Julie (your former houseguest!!!)
That's lovely. You are very talented. I've always liked decorative eggs.

Hi Mom of Karen! I linked over from her blog, and WoW! You are blessed with talent. Exquisite work! You mention in your side bar that you are branching out into more abstract painting...I am wondering what that might be...hmmm.
Many prayers for all the tornado victims and their families. The news footage reminded me of what it looked like here after Charley. Devastating.
Glad to find your blog! Keep posting your art!
Hello. I came by because of your daughter, Karen. Wow you do amazing work. It's so beautiful.
Thanks for the visit from the bloggy move carnival. Your painting is incredible - my aunt was an Alaskan artist and oh how I miss sitting in her studio watching her at work.
Thanks for playing along in our Big Bloggy Move!
We were in Alabama this weekend! Maybe we passed you :)
Thanks for joining our move!
